This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number 23584-180654/A dated 20-November-2017 with a closing of 18-December-2017 at 14:00. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation.
The Contractor agrees to supply to Natural Resources Canada the goods and services described in the Contract, including the Statement of Requirement at Annex A, in accordance with, and at the prices set out in, the Contract. This includes:
a) Supplying the purchased Hardware and carrying out the installation on-site of one (1) Soft Magnetic Materials Testing System and its components as described at Annex A;
b) Providing the Hardware and Software Documentation described at item 5.0 of Annex A;
c) Providing training on-site as described at Annex A, Statement of Requirement.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
All the deliverables must be received on or before 30 March 2018.
