Water Science and Technology Directorate of Environment Canada
(Canada Centre for Inland Waters, located at Burlington,
Ontario, Canada) requires an automated on-line solid phase
extraction (SPE) ultra high pressure liquid chromatography
(UHPLC) system.
The system must include, at minimum, the following components:
UHPLC binary pump, SPE concentrator delivery system for SPE
conditioning, washing and eluting, UHPLC compatible autosampler,
UHPLC compatible heated column compartment, degasser for all
UHPLC solvent lines, UHPLC compatible valves for SPE flow
control, software that integrates with AB Analyst 1.6.2 Windows
XP and Agilent Mass Hunter B.02.00 Windows XP. If full control
of the system cannot be achieved with integrated software than a
computer (with CPU, keyboard, LED monitor, and mouse) equipped
with software capable of controlling all components of the
system must be provided. On-site training for 4 people is to be
provided upon instrument installation.
Delivery is requested as soon as possible, but delivery must be
completed no later than 31 March 2015.

procurement.
