This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number M5000-175490/A dated 2017-03-23 with a closing of 2017-05-02 at 14:00 MDT. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders who bid on the previous solicitation.
For the supply and delivery of two (2) Imaging Systems to the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) Forensic Identification Services Unit. Training will also be required and the exact date is to be determined by the T
echnical Authority. The Contractor will be given thirty (30) day notice
prior to the date of training requested. The Royal Canadian Mounted Police will provide the site for training.
The Royal Canadian Mounted Police reserves the option to purchase software licenses as well as maintenance and support for two (2)additional years.
The Contractor grants to Canada the irrevocable option to acquireadditional software licenses for two years described at Annex "A"
of the contract under the same conditions and at the prices and/or
rates stated in the Contract. The option may only be exercised by Contracting Authority, and will be evidenced for administrative pu
rposes only, through a contract amendment.
