Digital Imaging System
The Canada Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) Lethbridge Laboratory has a requirement for a Digital Imaging System, capable of, but not limited to, high-sensitivity imaging of chemiluminescent and fluorescent western blots, and nucleic acid agarose gels. The imaging system is critical to proper documentation and analysis of confirmatory diagnostic western blots, a requirement of the CFIA Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy (BSE) Reference Laboratory’s mandate.
