NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT (NPP)

Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) isissuing this Request for Information (RFI) on behalf of the Department of National Defence (DND) to solicit information from the Industryregarding a Canadian Forces Health Information System (CFHIS) competitive procurement for DND.

Respondents are requested to provide their comments, concerns, and where applicable recommendations regarding how the requirements or objectives described in this RFI could be satisfied.

Enquiries are to be made in writing via SAP Ariba messaging capability which is embedded in CanadaBuys. Enquiries should be received no less than five (5) working days prior to the RFI closing date to allow sufficient time to provide a written response. Enquiries received after that time might not be answered prior to the RFI closing date.

Suppliers interested in providing a response must submit it through the Electronic Procurement Solution (“SAP Ariba’’). Canada will review the RFI responses that will be received on or before 11 September 2023, 2:00 PM EDT.
