Under this mandate, DIAND manages and maintains the planning, design, implementation, and assessment of policies and the delivery of a variety of programs and services to Aboriginal and Northern peoples and communities.The Information Management Branch (IMB) within DIAND provides Web application development to help internal clients to maximize the value they achieve from their business processes, oracle database support, and other IT-related support services to the Department by creating new business applications, or enhances existing ones.
