The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement to procure fifty-four (54) Shipboard Interated Navigation and Display Systems (SHINNADS). SHINNADS is to be installed on Navy vessels and on shore establishments. It is intended to award both an Acquisition contract and In Service Support contract to a single successful Contractor under this solicitation process.
