in accordance with Fisheries and Oceans Canada - Coast Guard
technical specifications entitled "REPLACEMENT OF THE FIXE FIRE
EXTINGUISHING SYSTEM" dated April 2014 and all related annexes
and drawings. The respective versions of the documents are
