Collision/Reaction Cell ICP-MS System
Natural Resources Canada (NRCan), Sault Ste Marie, ON, requires
the supply, delivery, installation, software and training of a
Collision/Reaction Cell ICP-MS System. The analytical goal is to
use the system to analyze water samples and plant and soil
extracts. Some elements will be present in high concentrations
while other elements will be present in trace amounts. Some of
our samples contain variable quantities of analytes from
parts-per-trillion to thousands of parts per million levels in
matrices high in dissolved solids. As a result, the instrument
being considered must clearly demonstrate that it is capable of
handling these matrices routinely and without excessive liquid
dilution of the samples.
Each bid will be reviewed for compliance with the mandatory
requirements of the bid solicitation in Part 4 - Evaluation
Procedures and Basis of Selection. Bids that do not meet each
and every Mandatory Technical Specifications will be considered
non-compliant and will receive no further consideration.
All the deliverables must be received on or before March 31,
2015.
