The Canadian Coast Guard (CCG) has a requirement for the
replacement of the OmniThruster Bow thruster system fitted
onboard the CCGS Earl Grey. The work will consist of:
- the design, manufacture and factory test a replacement Bow
Thruster system and to deliver it ready for installation at the
CCG Warehouse in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia on or before May 1,
2015.
- the delivery of shipyard installation instruction and
information within 4 weeks of a contract award.
This requirement includes an option to supply a Replacement Bow
Thruster System for the existing Peacock Model 1200 water jet
thruster fitted onboard the CCGS Samuel Risley. The work would
consist of the design, manufacture and factory test a
replacement Bow Thruster system and to deliver it ready for
installation at the CCG base in Parry Sound, Ontario.
