The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) Integrated Municipal Provincial Auto Crime Team
(I.M.P.A.C.T.) require the supply and delivery of a Bait Car System that must accommodate and
outfit the existing vehicle fleet. Itis the intent of the RCMP to install the new system with the
existing wiring harness and vehicle peripheral components. ie alarms, cameras, sensors etc.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World TradeOrganization Agreement on
Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA),
and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
