Nature of Requirements:
RELOCATEABLE X-RAY SYSTEMS
The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has a requirement for
the procurement of 34 relocateable X-ray systems for the CBSA
examination of commercial goods, large parcels and other cargo
at the container examination and air cargo facilities across
Canada.
Delivery of the 34 systems is requested by March 31, 2014.
Deliveries of 25 of the 34 systems must be completed by March
31, 2014.
The Statement of Requirement is detailed in Annex "A" and the
Mandatory Specifications are detailed in Annex "B" of the
Request for Proposal (RFP).
Also included in proposal is the option to purchase up to 32
extra units over a 2 year period.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
