Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems

This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement
of the Department of National Defence of Canada for the Small
Unmanned Aircraft Systems (SUAS). It is intended to result in
the award of two (2) contracts to one successful Bidder: the
SUAS Acquisition Contract (SUAS-A) and the SUAS In Service
Support Contract (SUAS-S).

The SUAS-A Contract will be for a period of three (3) years plus
two (2) one (1) year options for the purchase of a firm quantity
of two (2) SUAS along with associated preliminary Integrated
Logistics Support (ILS) such as technical documentation,
training and initial provision spares. There will be an option
to purchase up to two (2) SUAS. All prices under SUAS-A Contract
will be firm fixed.

The SUAS-S Contract will be for the In-Service Support (ISS)
and Spares Parts and Improvement Activities for a period of
seven (7) years plus five (5) one (1) year irrevocable options.
The In-Service Support Scope of Work includes: Program
Management Services, Engineering and Technical Support, Materiel
Support, Maintenance Support Airworthiness Support and
Configuration Management Support. All prices under the SUAS-S
will be firm for the first year with subsequent years subject to
adjustment as identified in the SUAS-S Contract.

procurement.
