Amendment no. 1
The Request for proposal has been amended to correct an administrative error.
Request for Proposal to purchase leasing services for 3 uninterrupted power supply units of different capacities from the same manufacturer.
These systems will be leased for 5 years and the lessor irrevocably grants to the National Film Board of Canada located in Montreal, Quebec, the option to purchase the leased equipment at any time during the lease period and/or at the expiry of the lease term.
