DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT
Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) on behalf of
Canadian Space Agency (CSA) located in St-Hubert, (Quebec), is
seeking bids to support options assessment that will provide
valuable inputs to the Canadian Space Agency (CSA) to
International Space Station (ISS) Utilization Program that may
be used in support of a future solicitation for development of
systems which may eventually become Life Science research
instruments onboard the ISS.
SECURITY REQUIREMENTS
No security requirements apply to this project.
PERIOD OF CONTRACT
The contracts issued will be for a period of maximum six (6)
months.
ACTUAL BUDGET AVAILABLE
The actual budget for the contracts resulting from the bid
solicitation is $1,200,000.00$ CAN, Goods and Services Tax (GST)
and Quebec Sales Tax (QST) are extra, as appropriate. The
maximum funding available for each contract will not exceed
240,000.00$, Goods and Services Tax and Quebec Sales Tax are
extra.
BASIS OF PAYMENT
Firm price with milestone payments.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Intellectual Property will belong to the Contractor
