Mobile File Storage System
For the supply, delivery and installation of two (2) Full Power
Electric, Double Faced High Density Mobile File Shelving systems
in accordance with Annex A, Requirement, and Annex C drawings
attached hereto and forming part of the contract for the
Department of Public Works and Government Services Canada
(PWGSC), Calgary, Alberta on behalf of the National Energy Board
(NEB).
System one will be located/installed on the 4th floor. System
two will be located/installed on the second floor. The base
building is a ten storey building currently under construction,
however tenant improvements have commenced. NEB will be moving
into the premises starting May 2014.
The Contractor is responsible for ensuring that its goods and
services listed in its proposal fully comply with the
requirements of the contract and in particular, the Contractor
is responsible for ensuring that the goods fully furnish and
correspond to all parts of Annex A. In the event the Contractor
omitted to include, in its offer, goods or services required to
completely furnish all parts of Annex A, the Contractor must
supply, delivery and install/perform the missing goods/services
at no additional cost to Canada.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
