1.2 Summary
To establish a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the provision of all supervision, labour,
materials, tools and equipment required for the preventative maintenance inspections, testing, service
and repairs to various compressed air systems, on an as and when requested basis at Garrison
Petawawa.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government
Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-European
Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), and the Canadian Free Trade
Agreement (CFTA).
