Notice of Proposed Procurement

Item Required: SHIRT “T”, CRESTED, BLUE

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement for a firm quantity of 31,600 Shirts “T”, Crested, Blue.

In addition there is an optional quantity of 8,000 Shirts “T”, Crested, Blue which can be ordered within 24 months of contract award date.

All quantities are to be delivered to Ottawa, Ontario. The firm quantities are requested to be delivered 45 calendar days following the approval of the pre-production sample.
An RCMP viewing sample will only be available to bidders requested to submit a pre-award sample.
The requirement is to be supplied in accordance with RCMP Specifications G.S. 1045-342 dated 2013-12-17 and viewing sample and patterns. This can be found attached to the RFP.

The successful bidder will be determined based upon the lowest priced, technically compliant proposal.

This requirement is conditionally limited to Canadian goods.

This requirement is subject to AIT.
The Crown reserves the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
