TASK-BASED INFORMATICS PROFESSIONAL SERVICES (TBIPS) REQUIREMENT

This requirement is for: Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC).

This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement
Holders, TBIPS Supply Arrangement EN578-055605/E, who qualified
under Tier "2" (Above $2M) in the Western Region, for the
following Classes and Categories:

PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES CLASS:

Project Manager
Project Coordinator

BUSINESS SERVICES CLASS:

Business Analyst
Operations Support Specialist

APPLICATION SERVICES CLASS:

Application / Software Architect
Programmer / Software Developer
Test Coordinator
Tester

IM/IT SERVICES
Database Modeller / IM Modeller

DESCRIPTION OF THE REQUIREMENT:

This requirement is to obtain on a as and when requested basis,
Informatic Professionnal Services to deliver application
development and maintenance services (including minor and major
enhancements to ensure an efficient delivery process) for all
J2EE-based applications supported in Winnipeg, excluding the
Business Risk Management Delivery System (BRMS). The services
will be delivered within the Winnipeg Region.

PROPOSED PERIOD OF THE CONTRACT:

It is intended to result in the award of a maximum of 1 contract
for a period of three 3 years from the date of contract with an
irrevocable option to extend the contract period for up to 2
additional 1 year periods.
