The requested rotating technician resources will reside on the Chancery Compound in one of the mobile Housing Units. 2 technicians are required for this requirement. Each technician will work for approximately 45 days straight and rotate with the other technician. Therefore the technician will work for approximately 45 days and return home for approximately 45 days. The technician(s) is required to respond to after-hours service calls (including on weekends and statutory holidays) and is frequently called upon to do after hours work. The technicians will report to the on-site Deputy, Management Consular Officer (DMCO) in PRNCE. PRNCE is serviced by either Canada based companies for generator maintenance, building control systems, fire alarms, and HVAC. This is also supported by a maintenance contract by an in-country local service contractor. It is the Technician’s responsibility to ensure that the buildings operate in an effective and safe manner that meets Canadian and local Codes.
