Requirement:
A Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the provision of
all labour, transportation and supervision necessary to provide
leopard vehicle technicians on an "as and when requested" basis
for the Department of National Defence (DND), Edmonton, Alberta
in accordance with the terms and conditions contained in the
solicitation document. The period for making call-ups against
the Standing Offer is from date of issue for three full years.

Pursuant to section 01 of Standard Instructions 2006 and 2007,
Offerors must submit a complete list of names of all individuals
who are currently directors of the Offeror. Furthermore, as
determined by the Special Investigations Directorate,
Departmental Oversight Branch, each individual named on the list
may be requested to complete a Consent to a Criminal Record
Verification form.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the
North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement
on Internal Trade (AIT).
