NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT
The Department of National Defence has a requirement for a quantity of two (2) AIT Management Software, six (6) handheld scanners, two (2) fixed label printers, six (6) portable label printers, one thousand fifty (1050) individual equipment labels one hundred and ten (110) packaging labels and one hundred and ten (110) warehouse location labels. The system and equipment must support material identification, asset visibility management and general warehousing activities. There is a requirement is for three (3) years of In-Service support.
There is an additional optional requirement for a quantity of four (4) AIT Management Software, twenty-five (25) handheld scanners, four (4) fixed label printers, twenty-five (25) portable label printers, ten thousand (10,000) individual equipment labels one thousand (1000) packaging labels and five hundred (500) warehouse location labels that will take place within 12-48 months from the Contract award date. As well, additional Optional In-Service Support is required 36-48 months from Contract award date.
For services requirements, Bidders must provide the required information as detailed in article 2.1 of Part 2 of the bid solicitation, in order to comply with Treasury Board policies and directives on contracts awarded to former public servants.
The Crown retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
