Technology and Innovation provides printing services to internal clients, including Government departments, by facilitating access to printed forms and related materials through contracted commercial vendors. The Proponent shall, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contract and any applicable Service Levels, be solely responsible for the production, handling, and delivery of Print Materials as specified by the Province from time to time.
Delivery must be made to locations designated by the Province, at its sole discretion, and may include, without limitation, law enforcement Facilities, courthouses, Government of Alberta–operated warehouse Facilities, offices, and other locations as identified by the Province. These locations may be throughout Alberta in communities of varying sizes. The Proponent shall ensure that all deliveries are completed in a timely, secure, and compliant manner, considering the nature, sensitivity, and operational requirements associated with each order.
