Solutions-Based Informatics Professional Services (SBIPS) Requirement

This requirement is for Employment and Social Development Canada.

This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under (Tier 1) for requirement up to and including $2M stream.

This requirement is open only to those SBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under the categories for: Systems Integration – Usability Tester Level 3

Description of the requirement:

The objective of this requirement is to engage a contractor to carry out web usability testing and heuristic evaluations for web interface design (My Service Canada Account; eAccount prototypes; Canada.ca) as well any related follow up ad hoc testing work.

The usability testing objectives are to:

  • Assess the ease of navigation and identify readability barriers;
  • Identify usability issues and the best solutions to address them;
  • Explore areas of the Canada.ca site that need to be improved upon;
  • Evaluate the ease of use, effectiveness, efficiency, and learnability of the eAccount prototypes;
