This Request for Pre-qualifications (RPQ) is an invitation by The City of Edmonton Non-Profit Housing Corporation, operating as HomeEd, to prospective respondents to qualify to provide general contractor services for capital maintenance and suite renovation projects at HomeEd residential properties located within the City of Edmonton. The project work is further described in Section A of the RPQ Particulars (Appendix A) (the Deliverables).

The primary objective of this RPQ, and its associated Roster Competitions, are to ensure qualified contractors are in place to support HomeEd’s residential property operations. It is paramount that HomeEd partners with contractors that have established personnel, subcontractors, suppliers, and processes to provide agility to deliver on tight timelines for the required project work.
