Full description

Export Development Canada (EDC) is seeking Proposals for a Third-Party Risk Intelligence Platform (the “Platform”) and related services to support and enhance EDC’s Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) activities. The Platform is intended to provide quantitative and qualitative intelligence (including GenAI-enabled capabilities where available) to help identify, assess, and monitor risks associated with third parties across the engagement lifecycle.
EDC’s TPRM function supports risk-based oversight of third parties used to deliver EDC programs and operations.  Currently, EDC does not have a dedicated platform that can provide objective intelligence to complement internal assessments and questionnaires.
EDC is seeking to enhance its ability to obtain objective, external-facing intelligence to complement internal assessments and questionnaires, and to improve ongoing residual risk monitoring. The desired solution provides risk scores, evidence, and insights sourced from reputable data sets (e.g., public, government, academic, and/or commercial sources) and supports rapid identification of emerging risks and material changes in third-party risk posture.
EDC operates an enterprise workflow platform for TPRM. EDC intends to integrate risk intelligence outputs into that environment. The Supplier is not required to implement the ServiceNow integration; however, the Supplier shall provide integration-ready capabilities and support EDC and/or EDC’s designated implementor to complete the integration.Bidding and Documents are available on http://www.merx.com. Fees may apply; See https://www.merx.com/public/pricing for more information.
