This Notice of Intended Procurement (NOIP) is to notify Suppliers of the upcoming negotiated Request for Proposal (nRFP) for the manufacture, supply, installation, repair, refurbishment, and removal of street litter bins in the public right-of-way. Specifically, the Contract will include the manufacturing of new street litter bins (pre-determined design); installation of the newly manufactured street litter bins in existing or predetermined locations and the removal of some current street litter bins; repair or refurbishment of damaged street litter bins; and the supply of replacement bin liners.
