This Request for Quotation is an invitation by the City of Toronto to prospective Suppliers to submit Bids for the provision of a care and maintenance program for Firefighting Structural Bunker Suits for Toronto Fire Services (TFS) Division, all in accordance with the provisions and specifications contained in this Request for Quotation (RFQ), NFPA® 1850, 2026 Edition, Standard on Selection, Care, and Maintenance of Protective Ensembles for Structural and Proximity Firefighting and Open-Circuit Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA), including any subsequent amendments, revisions, or successor standards in effect during the term of the Contract.
