This RFP is an invitation by the City of Toronto (the "City") to prospective suppliers to submit Bids for Electrical Systems Maintenance and Repair for various City of Toronto Divisions and Sites, as detailed throughout the provided Bid Package. The scope of work is provided in detail in Parts 3 ("Requirements for Deliverables") and 4 ("Submission Forms"). For this procurement, the City has organized the associated Properties, Buildings, Divisions, and Work into five (5) Property Groups, and is elaborated on in Part 5 ("Instructions to Pricing"). A Supplier may submit a Bid for one (1) or more Property groups. It is the City's intention to enter into agreements with up to two (2) legal entities (a Primary Supplier and a Secondary Supplier) for each of the Property Groups: 1, 2, 3, and 4, and one (1) legal entity for Property Group 5.
