Amendment No. 002 is raised to -
1) Extend the solicitation closing date from June 4, 2012 to
July 3, 2012 at 14:00 EDT.
2) Extend the delivery date from July 6, 2012 to August 24,
2012.

Requirement
This requirement is to provide the CORCAN with Cargo Pant Fabric
(60% Cotton/40% Polyester). The fabric must be manufactured in
accordance with Annex 'A' (Statement of Work - 'Technical
Requirement') and Annex 'B' (Testing Properties for Finished
Fabric) in the Request for Proposal.
Delivery
The fabric is to be delivered to CORCAN - Drummond Institution
in Drummondville, Québec.
Firm quantity
This requirement is for a firm quantity of 23,500 meters of
fabric to be delivered complete by August 24, 2012.
"As and When Requested" Quantity
This requirement includes "as and when requested" quantities for
a maximum quantity of
47,000 meters - that may be ordered during a period of 36 months
from the contact award date.
Enquiries:
To assure a response before the bid closing date, all enquiries
about this requirement must be submitted in writing and received
by the Contracting Authority at least 7 calendar days prior to
the bid closing date.
