Requirement:
Melton Cloth, Colour White to be manufactured in accordance with
the Department of National Defence specification DSSPM
2-2-80-042 dated 14 March 2011, and sealed pattern.
Quantity:
A total firm quantity of 5,000 metres are to be delivered to the
Canadian Forces Depot in Montreal Quebec.
Options:
This requirement also includes up to two (2) options to purchase
an additional minimum quantity of 2,500 metres up to a maximum
of 10,000 metres exericable for a period of up to 36 months from
date of contract award. The options may be exericed in whole or
in part.
Technical data will be automatically issued, under separate
cover, upon request for the bid documents. Therefore, it is
imperative that this request for the bid documentation be done
as soon as possible to ensure timely receipt of the associated
technical data. However, the Crown shall not be held responsible
for untimely release of the technical data, since the technical
data package and sealed patterns shall be available for viewing
at the following Public Works and Government Services Canada
regional offices: Quebec Quebec, Montreal Quebec, Mississauga
Ontario, Winnipeg Manitoba, and Edmonton Alberta.
Delivery:
All firm deliverables are requested to start as soon as possible
and complete by March 31, 2013.
This requirement is subject to the Canadian Content Policy is
conditionally limited to Canadian goods.
Enquiries:
To ensure a response before bid closing date, all enquiries abou
tthis requirement must be submitted in writing and received by
the Contracting Authority, at least seven (7) calendar days
prior to the bid closing date.
