Nature of Requirements:
This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid
solicitation number 21T45-120006/B dated June 12, 2012 with a
closing of July 10, 2012 at 02:00 PM.
Canadian Content Policy:
This requirement is subject to the Canadian Content Policy and
is conditionally limited to Canadian goods.

Requirement:
CORCAN has a requirement for the procurement of fabric, jersey
T-shirt, shoulder tape and single knit round neckbands in
accordance with Annexes "A", "B", "C" and "D" included in the
Request for Proposal.
Firm Quantity:
The total firm quantity is 12,555 metres of the jersey tubular
knit, 7,100 metres of shoulder tape, and 11,550 each of single
knit round neckbands.
Delivery:
The firm quantity is to be delivered complete by May 31, 2013 to
Port-Cartier, Quebec.
"As & When" Quantity:
This requirement also includes estimated quantity for a minimum
of 15% up to the maximum of the firm quantity to be ordered on
an "as & when requested" basis over a period of 24 months from
contract award date.
Enquiries:
To ensure a response before the bid closing date, all enquiries
about this requirement must be submitted in writing and received
by the Contracting Authority at least seven (7) calendar days
prior to the closing date.
