Nature of Requirements:
Requirement
This requirement is to provide the CORCAN with Shirting Fabric.
The fabric must be manufactured in accordance with Annex 'A'
(Statement of Work - 'Technical Requirement'), Annex 'B'
(Testing Properties for Finished Fabric) and Annex 'C (Testing
for colour of finished fabric) in the Request for Proposal.
Delivery
The fabric is to be delivered to CORCAN - Drummond Institution
in Drummondville, Québec.
Firm quantity
This requirement is for a firm quantity of 19,500 meters to be
delivered complete by November 12, 2012.
"As and When Requested" Quantity
This requirement also includes "as and when requested"
quantities which must be a minimum quantity of 2,500 meters and
must not exceed a maximum quantity of 45,000 meters (for all 3
years).
The period for placing "as and when requested" quantities will
be 36 months from contract award date.
Enquiries:
To assure a response before the bid closing date, all enquiries
about this requirement must be submitted in writing and received
by the Contracting Authority at least 7 calendar days prior to
the bid closing date.
