Natural Resources Canada (NRCAN) has an initial requirement for
toner and consumables with an option to purchase additional
toner and consumables on an as-and-when basis, under a
Requisition on Contract (ROC), for a period of six (6) months.
The requirement includes an option to extend the Contract for an
additional six (6), one (1) month periods. The Contractor must
provide all the items detailed in Annex A - Requirement, and the
cost of goods must include delivery to their location in Ottawa,
ON.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
