To supply all materials, labour, supervision, and equipment
necessary to cut grass at the Canadian Forces Ammunition Depot
(CFAD) Dundurn, as detailed in Annex "A" - Statement of Work for
the Department of National Defence, Detachment Dundurn, when
required during the period of the Contract from 1 June 2012 to
31 May 2013 with the option to extend for two (2) additional one
(1) year option years.
The terrain is rough and some hand cutting and trimming will be
required.
Mandatory Requirement
Services must be rendered within five (5) working days after
receipt of an authorized call-up.
Optional Site Visit
It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the
Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for a
tour of the work site. The site visit will be held on Wednesday
April 25, 2012 at 10:00 am at CFAD Dundurn, Dundurn, SK.
Bidders are requested to communicate with the Contracting
Authority three (3) day(s) before the scheduled visit to confirm
attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will
attend. Bidders may be requested to sign an attendance form.
Bidders who do not attend or send a representative will not be
given an alternative appointment but they will not be precluded
from submitting a bid. Any clarifications or changes to the bid
solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as
an amendment to the bid solicitation.

document.
Delivery Date: 01/06/2012
The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
