Requirement
Supply and delivery a truck box to serve as a mobile control tower. The
equipment is required by the Ranges and Training Areas (RTAs) at CFB Valcartier, Department of National Defence (DND).
Security Requirements
There is no security requirement applicable to this Contract.
Delivery Date
All the deliverables must be received on or before February 28,2016

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free
Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and theAgreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
Technical Evaluation
Mandatory Technical Criteria
The Bidder must have carried out and completed within the last 5 years at least one project consisting of designing a truck box or a trailer or
a semi-trailer. To be considered, the project must have a value of at least 20000$CAD (including taxes)
Basis of Selection
A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and
meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
Debriefings
Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation
process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in p
erson.
