SCOPE OF WORK / DELIVERABLES:
Work for this project consists of fabricating the structural framework for three (3) 23ft x 15ft Aluminum Modular Range Towers and Cupola, including delivery and offloading of all towers to:

1.0 General
1. Contractor is to provide a lump sum price for provision of the identified services.
2. Project to be complete and ready for final inspection within ten (10) weeks of award of contract.
3. All welding and shop practices during fabrication to be in accordance with CSA W59.2-M1991 (latest edition). Welding and shop to be currently certified to W47.2 latest edition, minimum division 2.1 or higher. Proof (copy) of certification MUST be submitted with the lump sum price.
4. Any changes/modifications to the tower design, as per accompanying drawings, must be approved by the Departmental Representative.
5. Prior to fabrication, provide a list of welding personnel that will work on this project complete with proof of valid welder certification cards.
6. During fabrication and upon completion, an inspection of all work on site shall be made by the Departmental Representative. All discrepancies must be corrected before delivery.
7. Mill certifications for all materials must be provided to the Departmental Representative on request.
8. All welding must have a Weld Procedure Specification (WPS) supplied by metallurgist or other certified party. WPS must be made available to the Departmental Representative when requested.
9. All welds to be inspected 100% Visual Inspection (VT).
10. All Quality Control (QC) results to be provided to the Departmental Representative on request.
