The purpose of this RFP is to solicit safety codes expertise in the plumbing, gas, electrical, and private sewage disciplines. The Agency selected will provide safety code services to the Town within the scope of the Agency’s accreditation under the Safety Codes Act. Services shall include but not be limited to the receipt of safety code permits; Systems review; collection of fees; safety codes council fee remittance; permit issuance; permit inspection; compliance monitoring; and permit administration in accordance with the Safety Codes Act and the Town of Innisfail’s Quality Management System (QMS). The Town’s current Safety Codes Service Agreement was approved in 2022 and is set to expire December 31, 2026.
