The following Notice of Award is the result of the Limited Invitation to Tender to pre-qualified suppliers from the Central Trunk Rehabilitation opportunity (APC Reference # AB-2024-09970).
Project Description:
The Town of Stony Plain (Town) is accepting submissions from construction firms that are interested in prequalifying for the provision of construction services as a “Prime Contractor” for the construction of the Central Trunk Rehabilitation project.
The scope of services to be provided to the Town for the project includes the rehabilitation of five “high-priority” areas which includes open-cut replacement and cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining. The rehabilitation and replacement work for the trunk includes the installation of approximately 1,147 metres (m) of Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) lining and an open-cut replacement of approximately 48.5 m (Diameters of: 375 mm, 525 mm, and 600 mm) and the provisional rehabilitation of 14 manholes.
The pre-qualification submissions must be submitted before 2:00 PM on Friday, January 10, 2025. Only firms intending to offer “Prime Contractor” services on this project need to respond to this call.
