Description of the Requirement:
The Department of Public Works and Government Services Canada has a requirement for a Contractor to develop a model for the integration of Executive (EX) and non-executive Talent, Performance and Succession Management programs, leveraging the work currently being done by Human Resources Branch (Executive Services; HR Planning & Strategies; and Learning, Career Management and Recognition Sectors) and various branches/regions, to provide an organization-wide framework, structure and processes. The proposed framework will include recommendations for content and management of leadership development programs.
