To provide and deliver to Transport Canada - Sept-Îles airport
one (1) bidirectional tractor, four wheel drive unit,
hydrostatic transmission, with a minimum of 100 PTO HP diesel
engine.

The tractor supplied under this specification shall be the
manufacturer's latest model standard commercial product.

The tractor supplied is to be complete with all accessories
customarily furnished and installed on this type of unit, to
enable the unit to function reliably and efficiently under all
conditions of service.
