AMENDMENT
This amendment is raised to change the bid closing date from
2014-06-16 to 2014-03-17 at 02:00 PM.
ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN UNCHANGED.
This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid
solicitation number W8476-145004/A dated December 16, 2013 with
a closing of January 29, 2014 at 02:00 pm. A debriefing or
feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders who
bid on the previous solicitation.
The Department of National Defence has a requirement to purchase
three (3) Aircraft Tow Tractor, Variant I and ancillary items,
including training and one (1) Aircraft Tow Tractor, Variant II
and ancillary items, including training in accordance with the
Purchase Description for Aircraft Tow Tractor, 2,722 KG (6,000
lb) DBP ECC 168105, ECC 168115, dated February 5, 2014, to be
delivered at Canadian Forces Base Petawawa, Ontario and CFB
Garnison St-Jean, Quebec, by September 30, 2014.
The requirement includes an option to purchase one (1) Aircraft
Tow Tractor of Variant I and ancillary items and one (1)
Aircraft Tow Tractor of Variant II and ancillary items to be
exercised within twelve (12) months from the effective date of
the contract.
Debriefings
After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the
results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request
to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days of
receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The
debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
