This amendment 004 is raised to provide Questions and Answers
received from a Bidders:
Question 10: 3.20 f.
Include one driver operated, remote controlled,
multi-directional (260 degrees), weather-sealed, white
spot/flood lamp. The lamp shall be at the rear, illuminating the
rear coupler.
Is the intention of this requirement to have a driver remotely
operated spot light that can be remotely positioned through 260
degrees, or is the requirement simply for a manually position
able work light that can be switched on and off from inside the
cab?
Answer: The remote control requirement is just for switching
the lights on and off. It has to be installed to appropriately
illuminate the coupler
