Requirement
The Department of National Defence has a requirement to purchase
seven (7) Warehouse Tractor as follow; two (2) configuration A
and related items, one (1) configuration B and related items,
three (3) configuration C and related items, one (1)
configuration D and related items, including familiarization
instruction/training for configuration D only, in accordance
with the Purchase Description for Warehouse Tractor, Internal
Combustion Engine Driven dated Dec 1, 2011 to be delivered at
Canadian Forces Base Petawawa (Ontario), London (Ontario),
Gagetown (New-Brunswick), Edmonton (Alberta) by April 18, 2012.

The requirement includes an option to purchase up to thirteen
(13) Warehouse Tractor as follow. up to four (4) configuration A
and related items, up to two (2) configuration B and related
items, up to five (5) configuration C and related items, up to
two (2) configuration D and related items to be exercised within
twelve (12) months from the effective date of the contract.
Debriefings
After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the
results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request
to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt
of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The debriefing
may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
