TITLE: Highway-Tractor
Agriculture & Agri-Food Canada has a requirement for the supply
and delivery of one (1) Highway-Tractor. The highway-tractor
must be new and of the current production model.
The highway-tractor msut conform to all applicable laws,
regulations, industrial standards, governing manufactures,
safety, noise levels, and pollution in effect in Canada at the
time of manufacture.
A complete list of the mandatory performance specifications are
detailed in solicitation document.
Delivery is requested by March 31, 2015.
FOB destination: Agriculture & Agri-Food Canada, Water
Infastructure Division (01W45), Swift Current Saskatchewan,
Canada.
TRADE AGREEMENTS
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North
American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT).
