1. Requirement:

Public Works and Government Services Canada on behalf of the
Department of National Defence has a requirement for the supply
of all supervision, material, equipment, labour and
transportation necessary to provide mould remediation services
at Building 175, 1 Field Ambulance, Canadian Forces Base
Edmonton.

2. Mandatory Site Visit
It is mandatory that the Bidder or a representative of the
Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for site
visit to be held on December 6, 2012 at 09:00 (Local Time)
Building 175, 1 Field Ambulance, Canadian Forces Base Edmonton,
Edmonton, Alberta.
Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later
than three (3)days before the scheduled visit to confirm
attendance and provide the names of the person(s) who will
attend.
Attendees are to report to Building 177 at 08:30 AM, Thursday,
December 6, 2012 to sign attendance sheet, prior to the site
visit

Bidders will be required to sign an attendance form. Bidders
should confirm in their bids that they have attended the site
visit.
Bidders who do not attend or send a representative will not be
given an alternative appointment and their bids will be rejected
as non-compliant.
Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting
from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid
solicitation.
All travel & living costs associated with travel for the purpose
of attending the mandatory site visit will be borne by the
Bidder or their representative.

3. Canadian Content:

The requirement is limited to Canadian goods and/or services.

4 . Sourcing:

This requirement is not subject to the Agreement on Internal
Trade (AIT) or any of the International Trade Agreements.

5. Code of Conduct and Certification Provisions:

Bidders must submit a complete list of names of all individuals
who are currently directors of the Bidder. Furthermore, as
determined by the Special Investigations Directorate,
Departmental Oversight Branch, each individual named on the list
may be requested to complete a Consent to a Criminal Record
Verification form.
