The Information Management, Services and Technology (IMST) Directorate of the Department of Privy Council Office (PCO) requires professional services to assist with its Transformation agenda to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of its Information Management and Information Technology (IM/IT) Portfolio. The IMST IM/IT Transformation agenda is driven by the following key strategic priorities:
Increase IM/IT effectiveness and value;
Reduce IM/IT risk and improve overall security posture; and
Improve IM/IT project and operational efficiency and effectiveness
As part of IM/IT’s project Improvement processes, operational efficiencies and effectiveness, the IMST will have an “Internal Process Improvement” initiative with scope its related to an 1) IMST organisational realignment and competency review and 2) finding efficiencies to achieve the following objectives;
Improving IM/IT oversight and governance;
Improved IMST service management processes and tools, which includes Service Desk; and
Client Relationship Management and Project Management processes and tools
