Transport Canada has a requirement for the supply and delivery
of a six-wheel drive grader that will be used in an airport
setting (St. Anthony Airport). A detailed specification is
attached.
Offerors must complete the chart of mandatory criteria in the
attached specification package.
Grader is to be delivered FOB Destination to:

This procurement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement
on Internal Trade (AIT), the North American Free Trade Agreement
(NAFTA), and the World Trade Organization Agreement on
Government Procurement (WTO-AGP).
