Concrete Work, Edmonton, Alberta
A Regional Individual Standing Offer includes the provision of
labour, tools, equipment, transportation, material and
supervision necessary to provide repairs to concrete curbs,
sidewalks, minor concrete construction and ground maintenance on
an "as and when requested basis" for the Department of National
Defence. Edmonton Garrison, Edmonton, Alberta..
It is anticipated that 1 firm will be issued a standing offer.
The standing offer will be issued for a term of three (3) years.
The total expenditure over the three (3) year period is
estimated at $ 1,890,000.00 (GST included).
Under the Code of Conduct and Certification provisions, 2006. 01
(2012-07-11), Bidders must submit the following as part of their
bid.
1. a complete list of names of all individuals who are
currently directors of the Bidder;
2. a properly completed and signed Consent Form, for each
individual named in the aforementioned list
Debriefings
After issuance of a standing offer, offerors may request a
debriefing on the results of the request for standing offers.
Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer Authority
within 15 working days of receipt of notification that their
offer was unsuccessful. The debriefing may be provided in
writing, by telephone or in person.
