Work of this Contract comprises a construction fit-up to relocate PWGSC from the West Wing tothe East Wing of the 6th floor of the Dominion Public Building at 457 Richmond St., London
The 6th floor West Wing construction is to include a corridor and the designation of the 6th floor as crossover floor. Emergency signage installation on all exit doors on each floor of the Dominion Public Building.
OPTIONAL SITE VISIT
There will be a site visit on November 3rd, 2016 at 11:30am. Interested bidders are to meet at the 457 Richmond Street, London ON N6A 3E0.

The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work within sixteen (16) weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer.
Drawings and Specifications are now available for viewing and downloading in a Portable Document Format (PDF) or in a standard paper version. Tenderers should note that Attachment 1 (ATT 1) contains the Drawings and Specifications Package (DSP) which consists of PDF files organized in an industry recognized directory structure.
